Instructions

All the products sold by us have a user manual in Hungarian and a warranty card, which the Customer receives in the packaging of the product.

Warranty: The warranty period is one year.

Within the warranty period, if the watch breaks down during normal use, it will be repaired free of charge from the date of purchase or shipment.

If the watch requires service within the warranty period, ask for repair or adjustment from the seller, i.e. from us at Egyedikarorakgp (egyedikarorakgp@gmail.com)

The Customer is defined in Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.), 49/2003 (VII.30.) GKM decree, as well as IV. 1959 of the Civil Code Act § 306-310, and the Civil Code. 248, the warranty does not affect or limit the consumer's legal rights.

The warranty does not cover:

  • in the case of non-waterproof watches, for failure due to waterlogging,
  • for wear and tear resulting from everyday use,
  • for damages attributable to improper, rough, improper use, such as damages caused by external mechanical effects (impact, scratches, friction) on the case, strap, buckle of the watch or the stones, crown, buttons embedded in it.
  • battery, watch strap, watch glass, as well as wear and tear resulting from everyday use, scratches, abrasions, or the loss of decorative stones due to external influences.
  • If the error was not caused by the seller (Egyedi Karochák), it was proven to be caused by unprofessional repair or adjustment.

CARE OF THE WATCH:

The lifetime of the battery must be counted from the factory installation. At the first sign of battery exhaustion (the watch is running late), have the battery replaced by a properly equipped watchmaker or the seller.

This watch contains precision parts. Never try to open the watch case or remove the case back. A waterproof rubber seal serves to prevent the penetration of water and dust. As the rubber ages after prolonged use, the seal must be replaced at regular intervals (every 3 years).

For waterproof watches, water resistance is only guaranteed if the inspection is carried out by the seller of Unique Watches at regular intervals (3 years).

Do not take the watch into the sauna! Even in the case of waterproof watches, do not wear the watch while bathing or in a place where cleaning agents (soap, shower gel, shampoo) can come in contact with it, because these chemicals damage the casing, insulation, and water resistance of the watch.

Avoid contact with body lotion, deodorant, sun oil or cosmetics. The color of light-colored silicone and leather straps may change during long-term wear or frequent contact with dark-colored textiles!

Although the watch is designed to successfully withstand the shocks of normal use, it is still not recommended to subject it to rough handling, manual impact, or dropping it on a hard surface. Avoid over-tightening the strap, just tighten it enough to fit your finger under the strap.

To clean the watch and strap, use a soft cloth, dry or slightly moistened with soapy water. Never use volatile chemicals (such as benzine, thinners, spray cleaners, solvents, etc.).

Some models have an additional decorative coating (gold, IPBlack), which may wear off during daily use.

Do not take the watch into the sauna! Do not let the watch heat up in the sun! When the watch is heated, do not expose it to moisture or immerse it in water!

Do not use the crown and buttons under water or while the case is wet.

Jet-Bike, Jet-Ski, water-skiing, diving and diving exclusively at WR 200M, WR20ATM, or WR20BAR, allowed at the hour indicated.

If you expose the watch to sea water, wash it well with fresh water and dry it afterwards, because salt water damages the insulation of the case.

Before exposing the watch to moisture, check that the case, buttons and crown are intact and closed.

If you notice any abnormalities, contact the seller (Egyedi Karorók) immediately. Some models are sold with a leather or fabric strap, bathing and swimming with them is not recommended, as this leads to premature and rapid destruction of the strap.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

1. The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase, the warranty obligation is the responsibility of the seller Eyedi Karlokas.

2. You can validate your warranty claim with the warranty card and a document confirming the fact and date of purchase, so keep them carefully! The seller cannot replace the lost warranty card.

3. Please check the date of purchase and the professional completion of the warranty card!

4. Warranty and repair work can only be performed by the seller on the basis of a valid warranty card or a document certifying the fact, place and time of purchase.

7. If the watch is repaired, the warranty period is extended by the part of the repair time during which the customer could not use the watch as intended.

8. We strive to carry out the repair or replacement within 15 days. In case of replacement, the warranty starts again for the replaced main part.

9. The consumer can assert his warranty claim with the seller at Eyedi Karorák. After discovering the defect, the consumer is obliged to communicate his objection to the seller as soon as possible under the circumstances (obligation to mitigate damages). In the event of a malfunction, we proceed according to § 306 of the Civil Code.

10. The repair is carried out within the appropriate deadline, without significant inconvenience to the consumer.

11. In the case of repairs, only new parts can be placed in the watch.

12. The person liable for warranty takes a record of the consumer's objection, a copy of which he must hand over to the consumer. If the method of settlement of the objection differs from the consumer's request, the justification for this must also be given in the minutes. If the obligee is unable to state the feasibility of fulfilling the consumer's request when reporting it, he must notify the consumer of his position within three working dathe ys at the latest.

13. If special expertise is required to determine the fact, nature, or date of the defect, the consumer may request an expert opinion from the designated quality inspection organizations.

After discovering the defect, the Buyer is obliged to communicate his objection to the seller with Unique Watches within the shortest time possible under the circumstances (obligation to mitigate damages). In the event of a clock failure, we proceed according to § 306 of the Civil Code.

Both shipping costs of watches sent to Egyedi Wristwatches for repair are borne by the Buyer.

In any case, personal customer service does not work at the headquarters and delivery points of the operator of Egyedi Karóra.

After repair, it will be returned to the Customer by parcel service from the service.

The repair is carried out within the appropriate time frame without significant inconvenience to the customer. The online store strives to repair the watch within 15 days.

In the event of a customer disagreement, Eyedi Karórák will record the customer's objection, a copy of which will be handed over (sent) to the customer. If the method of settlement of the objection differs from the Buyer's request, the reasons for this will also be recorded in the minutes. If Egyedi Kahrórák is unable to comment on the feasibility of fulfilling the Customer's request when it is reported, it will notify the Customer of its position within three working days and, in the event of a different opinion, obtain an expert opinion from the specialist service. If special expertise is required to determine the fact, nature, or date of the defect, the Buyer may directly request an expert opinion from the designated quality inspection organizations. In order to make the expert opinion possible, Eyedi Karorák collaborates to an increased extent. Within this framework, the consumer will immediately give a written statement of his position (regarding the nature of the error and the possible causes of its occurrence). In the case of further disputes, the buyer can contact the local Conciliation Board and the competent Municipal Court.

The warranty obligation does not apply if Unique Wristwatches proves that the defect occurred as a result of improper use of the watch, other than that described in the user manual, rough use, modification, unprofessional handling, improper storage, elemental damage or other reasons that occurred after purchase.

Please follow the instructions in the user manual for your own benefit, because we do not guarantee the watch in the event of a failure due to different use or handling.

If water or condensation appears in the watch, immediately submit it to the seller for inspection by Edije Wristwatches, because water can corrode the components inside the watch case.

Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, do not go into water with a watch that has been heated by the sun! Do not take the watch into the sauna!

Even in the case of waterproof watches, do not wear the watch while bathing or in a place where cleaning agents (soap, shower gel, shampoo) can come in contact with it, because these chemicals damage the casing, insulation, and water resistance of the watch.

When changing the battery, you can ask the seller for a water resistance check at Unique Watches. With the help of a special instrument, the watch specialist determines whether the watch case is sufficiently resistant to pressure.

The glass of the watch can fog up from the inside if it is suddenly placed in a cold place. This does not mean a mistake if the steam from the glass disappears quickly in the heat. If the steam still does not disappear in the heat, or if you see water in the watch, send the watch to the seller as a matter of urgency for Custom Watches.

Take care of the buckle and always keep it clean.

Do not leave the watch in a place where it can get too hot (in a car window, in the sun or near heaters). Also avoid extreme cold, the quartz structure of the watch may be delayed or stop in extreme cold (below -10 °C). The watch mechanism is damaged if it heats up above +60 °C.

The clock moves the analog pointers on a magnetic principle. If you get too close to devices emitting external magnetic or electromagnetic radiation (speaker, magnetic bracelet or necklace, television, mobile phone, computer, power supply, etc.), a problem may occur in the movement of the pointers.

In some cases, wearing the watch may cause an allergic reaction or rash in those who are sensitive to it. In most cases, this can be caused by bacteria on the belt. To avoid this, always keep the watch, buckle and strap clean. Clean the watch and the buckle with a soft cloth moistened with dry or slightly soapy water. To replace the plastic strap or the leather strap, visit the seller of Eyedi Kahroks or any watch store.

If the received item is faulty or damaged during delivery, we will replace it free of charge, if this malfunction or damage can be proven to have been caused by the fault of the supplier or if the product has a factory defect.

If the exchange is not possible for any reason, the paid purchase price will be refunded, if the goods are previously mailed back or returned to the company's headquarters.

The product can only be exchanged if the original packaging and accompanying documents are present.
